My PHILOSOPHY

Fitness for Women Built on Purpose, Not Pressure

Too many fitness spaces are built on intimidation. At Smack Fitness, I built ours on the opposite. My women's personal training programs in Spartanburg are designed to honor your body and your capacity, not override them. I focus on building strength and mobility, developing sustainable habits, and helping you feel confident in your progress. Whether you join a small group session or work with a coach one-on-one, you will always be seen, supported, and met exactly where you are.

About Smack Fitness

Spartanburg's Boutique Fitness Studio for Women

Smack Fitness was created for women who are tired of fitness spaces that feel cold, competitive, or out of reach. As a boutique fitness studio in Spartanburg, SC, my entire model is built around personalized training that fits real lives. As a coach, I work with adults 35 and up, caregivers, busy professionals, and anyone who wants to build lasting strength without burning out. I use the Mo-Mentum Method as my foundation, starting every new client with a $49 consultation and a medical-grade InBody scan to establish a clear, honest baseline. From there, I build a plan that is yours.

What Women in Spartanburg Are Saying

Got Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About Smack Fitness

  • Is Smack Fitness only for women, or can anyone join?

Smack Fitness is specifically designed as a women's personal training and adult wellness studio. All of my programs, coaching philosophy, and studio environment are built with women in mind. My focus is on creating a space where women feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely coached rather than just counted through a generic workout. If you are a woman in the Spartanburg area looking for intentional, personalized fitness coaching, this is the place for you.

  • What happens during the Mo-Mentum Method Consultation, and is it required before joining?

The Mo-Mentum Method Consultation is a 30-minute introductory session that includes a medical-grade InBody scan to measure your skeletal muscle mass and body composition. It costs $49 and is designed to give both you and your coach a clear, honest picture of where you are starting from. It is the recommended first step before joining any training package. If you decide to join a program within 7 days of your consultation, the $49 fee is credited back toward your first month.
  • How do The Groove, The Remix, and The Solo training tiers differ from each other?

The Groove is my community-focused small group training tier at $329 per month, offering 16 sessions per month in a group capped at 10 people. The Remix is a hybrid at $850 per month, combining 12 small group sessions with 4 private one-on-one sessions. The Solo is my most personalized tier at $1,200 per month, with 8 private 50-minute sessions plus continuous digital coaching and accountability check-ins. Each tier is built for a different level of commitment and coaching intensity.

  • Can I add extra sessions if I want to train more than my package includes?

Yes, current members can purchase a la carte add-on sessions to supplement their existing package. The options vary by tier. Solo members can add 4 small group sessions for $99. Remix members can add 2 private sessions for $300. Groove members can add 4 private sessions for $550. These add-ons are available to existing members only and are a good option for weeks when you want to train more than your base package allows.
  • How is Smack Fitness different from a regular gym or fitness class in Spartanburg?

Smack Fitness is a boutique fitness studio, not a traditional gym. There are no open floor memberships or large, impersonal classes. Every program is intentionally coached, group sessions are capped at 10 people, and private coaching includes digital accountability support between sessions. The philosophy is built on presence and purpose rather than hustle and pressure, with a focus on sustainable habits, strength, and mobility. Smack Fitness is also a recipient of the Post and Courier Best Fitness Studio award.
  • Is Smack Fitness a good fit for someone who hasn't worked out in a long time or feels intimidated by fitness spaces?

Absolutely. The entire coaching philosophy is built around meeting people where they are, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Smack Fitness works with adults 35 and up, caregivers, busy professionals, and people who have felt out of place in traditional gym environments. The Mo-Mentum Method Consultation starts without assumptions, using real data to understand your body before building any plan. The studio environment is intentionally welcoming and free from the competitive atmosphere that keeps many women away from fitness.
